“ Good selection of typical French food. French songs from the 60s gave it a nostagic ambience. French duck cooked with cèpes mushrooms or pivron verte & served with potatoes & baked tomatoes was typical of the region of Corezze. The escargots with magret canard fumé topping was delicious when eaten with a piece of bread & salad leaves. ”

“ We arrived in Brive-La-Gaillarde in the gorgeous Dordogne region of France after lunch at about 2pm. We wanted to each something French something local. We search around Bruce and there were a few places still open and serving food but nothing we really fancied. Then we happened upon Le Correze. The staff told us that they were still serving and produced a delicious salad which was exactly what we were looking for. Friendly helpful polite service not expensive. ”
